Kathrin Berns

Kathrin began her career in the media and public relations field while studying Portuguese and German language and literature. She currently works as a PR Manager for GIA, overseeing press and media relations for the Colorado Tourism Office and Visit Denver.

A passionate hiker, Kathrin loves exploring the outdoors. Equipped with backpack and trekking poles, she has climbed the Drakensberg Mountains and Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, explored countless canyons and mountain ranges in the American Southwest and the Rocky Mountains, and hiked through various regions of Central Europe. Her extensive travel experiences strongly support her work in tourism public relations.
