Each year, GIA participates at major trade shows, like ITB and IMEX, on behalf of its clients. GIA coordinates appointments with all relevant tour operators and media contacts, offers booth presence to service Walk-Ins and organises events and functions.
In the past 6 year, GIA also participated on behalf of its clients each year at 6-7 leading consumer shows.
At four shows, GIA joined the VISIT USA Pavilion featuring a stage,state logos and video presentations of the states. For the other three shows, GIA clients are represented with a huge
GIA-own Southwest booth featuring large pictures of the region, partnering with a tour operator (e.g. DERTOUR).
GIA handles all organization for consumer show participation, offers brochure distribution and reliable consultations
at the shows. Moreover GIA organizes booth partnerships at consumer travel shows in Austria and Switzerland to
ensure brochure distribution and consultation in these countries as well.
